Here’s How It Works
01.
Before the dinner, we'll hash out all the details with you: menu, dietary needs, dinnerware (which you provide), and any other special touches you want.
02.
Once we've got the logistics locked in, start time, address, and guest count–we'll make it official.
03.
On the day, Chef Matt and the squad roll up to your spot 30-60 minutes early. We'll spruce up the table and get our mise en place game on point, sorting out the cooking station and prepping ingredients. When you're ready to roll, we take it from there – food, service, and even clean-up. And that’s it - sit back, relax, and savor the experience!
